Earth Energies Corporate Stress management ServiceWith the new legislation regarding stress in the workplace, employers can no longer afford to ignore an employee who claims that stress from their work is making them unwell. Nor can they afford the loss of man hours that are currently seen in this country as western medicine struggles to offer anything more then antidepressants to combat stress.
Here at Earth Energies we offer a flexible and comprehensive service. We will first of all carry out a full health and stress check on your employee and then submit a report outlining the degree in which stress is affecting their health and a choice of two treatment plans. You then choose how your employee should be treated, at what cost and when they should be treated. Our treatments range from £10 per hour through to £75 per hour depending upon how serious the condition and the treatment/s required. Our clinic is open 7 days a week, some evenings until 8pm.
In terms of money saved through sick leave or from payouts through a tribunal this service is invaluable.
